Commissions
A commission or special request is a request made by you, the client, to myself, the artist, to produce an original mural, painting, portrait, etc. This piece of art will be tailored especially to fit your needs through communication between you and I. I have a very active imagination; however there are many who have a vision unlike any I can produce. To this end, I will be flattered and honored to interpret any image for you and bring your ideas to life on canvas or paper. I will also be more than happy to put into the art anything you feel or wish to convey but are unable to voice. A commission makes a perfect gift or addition to any collection. Through conversations, pictures, or my imagination I can create a timeless piece that will delight any recipient. If you are sending a commission as a gift we can ship the artwork directly to the recipient with a special message from you.

Please note that once a commissioned piece of artwork has been agreed upon by both artist (I) and client (you), a down payment must be sent to me before the work can begin. This down payment is to ensure that if you are unable to fulfill your end of the agreement I am not out any time or materials. Down payment is 30% of agreed total and can be sent via cashier's/bank checks, money order, or PayPal before work will begin. Cash payment is accepted but not suggested, as mail service is not guaranteed unless you personally insure it.

Down payments are NON REFUNDABLE. If you should choose to end our agreement, for whatever reason, your down payment will be used in forfeit for any time or materials I have used to begin your specific commission. This term is non negotiable.

Please do not be afraid or shy when it comes to your request, the more details you give me the better the artwork will turn out. Also, please keep in mind that I will take serious inquires only and that "nude" does not mean x-rated. I would be most appreciative if you keep your requests tasteful.

Tattoo & Flash Designs
My artwork also ranges into a different kind of 'art'. Tattoos are becoming more and more popular. As you may have seen some of the same tattoos are done over and over. I offer you something unique. I am available to create Flash, or the artwork for a new or existing tattoo design. I have created tribal designs, custom figures, fantasy pieces, and designs based on people's initials.

Flash design is done in 8x10 unless they are to be placed over extensive areas like back and torsos. Most pieces are smaller and the person being tattooed only wants a small area covered. Please keep in mind that prices will vary depending on detail and the color needed to go into the flash artwork. Artwork that is to become colored can be done in black in white if the tattoo artist chooses to work that way or not take flash that is pre-colored.

Prices for B/W Flash Designs start at $30, color starts at $50, and will go up depending on the detail and color needed. My prices are reasonable and I will not demand hundreds of dollars for a tattoo design that is already going to cost you as much.

Timeframe & Work Allowances
Please note that depending on the size of the project, the scope of the work and the detail that must go into the artwork your timeframe will vary accordingly. Once the final specifications have been agreed upon by the artist and the client, a timeframe will be set. This timeframe does not include shipping, as that will vary upon the choices made by the client on the size and quantity of works shipped. Some pieces, such as drawings, may take longer to complete so please keep that in mind. Once a piece has begun, any changes may be considered by the artist if possible, however an additional charge will apply.

We keep a number of prints, note cards, lithographs, and other merchandise in stock. If we have to back order these, this may delay the process. Our printer has a 12-14 business day turn around policy. If your order is able to be processed prior to the standard we will happily ship the order to you. Please keep in mind that your order will not be shipped until it is completed in all forms. If we are missing a piece, we will order it and the shipment will leave our offices when we have all necessary pieces together to ship at one time. This saves you from multiple shipping charges. You do have the choice to opt for multiple orders and thus if the artwork I am sending is going to different places make sure you make that clear and send all shipping info with your order.

Payment & Shipping
· A down payment of 30% must be submitted to the artist via cashier's or bank checks, money order, or PayPal before work will begin on any and all commissions. Cash payment is accepted but not suggested, as mail service is not guaranteed.
· All payments must be received and cleared prior to artwork being started or shipped.
· Once your commission is complete an email will be sent notifying you that the work is done and the timeframe that payment is due.
· Once payment is made in full your art will be packed and shipped with an email notification of any necessary tracking numbers or arrival times.
· Customers in FL will have state sales tax added to their orders
· Shipping and Handling will be added to your order
· StudioRhi.com will take every precaution to ensure your artwork is delivered to you in pristine condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for the postal or shipping service negligence. Postal insurance will be offered as an additional charge based on postal rates to your area and the value of the pieces being sent to you.
· If you have multiple orders you can combine them into one shipment.
· Gift Commissions can be shipped to any address with a special message from the sender.
· Prints, Lithographs, and other merchandise may not be in stock. Please allow time for them to be obtained and shipped especially if being ordered around birthdays and holidays. StudioRhi.com will notify you of any merchandise that is backordered and a timeframe to expect the shipment.

Commissions & Portraits
There are several points that we, at StudioRhi.com, would like to address when it comes to creating a piece of art. First, and foremost, it is not reasonable for you to expect me to come to your location across the country to create a portrait of yourself. To this end, should you decide to have something such as a portrait created you will need to have a clear photo of the subject sent to StudioRhi.com.

When sending photos for portraits, we will need a clear picture(s) of the subject(s) .Sending photos can delay the process so please factor this in when considering orders. Portraits are precise and to this end please ensure the photos which are sent are as clear as possible. We cannot create a work of art if the photo is blurry or the details are obscured. We will mail the photo(s) back to you at no additional cost. Please note the artist is unable to begin work until all necessary pieces are collected.

You can choose to send multiple pictures noting details you would like to pick and choose from each to be combined in the final portrait

If you would like your photos sent back to you we can include them in the portrait or commission packing if they are being shipped directly to you. However if your new artwork is going as a gift to another recipient please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for your original photos.

For an additional fee your portrait or commission can be placed onto note cards, prints, blank holiday cards, and more. This includes the artwork being placed into a digital file for printing and storage. Please contact the artist for an estimate as size and quantity will vary the price.

Miscellaneous
· Original artwork, lithographs, prints, and note cards are all available with an autograph by the artist.
· All original artwork is hand signed by the artist upon completion. This includes commissions.
